Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer our clients FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. 

But, we also offer our clients Priority Insured Shipping. This provides shipping insurance for the full retail value of your purchase if lost, damaged or stolen. 

How long does the shipping take?

On average, a delivery time of 3 - 5 business days is expected.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my package?

When you still have not received your package within 3 days after the expected delivery time has passed. Then contact us through our "CONTACT" page and fill in the form. We will try our best and help you as fast as we can!

 I am not satisfied with my order, can I return my goods?

It is possible to return the goods you received.

If you are not satisfied with the goods you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days after receiving.
